Really Nice 1/6th Tintype of a Lt. in the Cavalry in the Spanish American War under Roosevelt. Soldier in uniform with his boots, Hat, coat & pants. Setting with American flag & coastal backdrop with lighthouse. Good clear image with nice mating & liner & glass. Really nice brown Union case of gutta percha with floral & grape vine relief. Red velvet material on left side. Inside the back has Union Case S. Peck & Co. Manufacture. Written in back is Lt. Tom & can't yet make out the letters after & under 1st U.S. Cavalry  Rough Riders. A really nice Rough Rider soldier image & great case. NFS at this time still researching. any help would be appreciated.
