Civil War New Hampshire Corporal's Artillery shell Jacket

Nice condition on this Civil War New Hampshire Corporal's Artillery Shell Jacket. Regulation US Artillery shell Jacket with correct red trim on the collar, cuffs & Jacket body. The jacket is a size 2 as to the markings inside the coat. The inside of the jacket has the original coarse light brown lining & muslin inside the sleeves all in good condition. The top of the right sleeve has the Gov't inspectors marks with NH mks with 2 dots indicating the size of jacket. In the same area in period blue ink is the name Stewart. The blue shell jacket in really good used condition with light wear. There are also two corporal chevrons on both sleeves & were sewn in when the jacket was made as the ends of the chevrons are inside the seam of the jacket. The jacket has all but one of the small size US Eagle buttons intact. The Collar with red trim has one button missing & is here at my house in my office which I haven't been able to find. A really nice Civil War New Hampshire Artillery shell jacket with Corporal's Stripes which you hardly ever see.
